Michaël Gisserot comes from industry. At Gerflor, from 2010 to 2015, he moved from order management to production: as a production support technician, he managed material yields and continuous improvement projects, then created and ran an autonomous production area of five teams.
From 2015 to 2018, he was sales director within the Berthod group.
In 2018, he founded his own business and became a web writer specializing in search engine optimization.
Since 2019, he has been producing complete e-learning courses in text, audio and video, and has taken part in developing training organizations. Passionate about the human sciences, he specializes in psychology and well-being professions.
In 2025, he launched Ali Prod. There he brings together the rigor of industry, where nothing moves forward without checks, and a production station equipped with the best tools offered by advances in artificial intelligence: synthetic voices and voice cloning, generated images and videos, automated editing, quality control at every step. He constantly keeps his production tools up to date to offer his clients premium quality in all their content.
